The PVID (Port VLAN ID) is the VLAN ID assigned to untagged frames coming from the port. As such, the PVID should be set to the same VLAN ID as the untagged VLAN ID as defined on the 802.1Q settings.

In the scenario presented, the PVID of port 16 on the EGS7228P should be changed from 1 to 2 so that it will match the VLAN ID that is set as untagged on Port 16 as defined on the 802.1Q settings.
