I can ping my (3) EAP350v2 access points but the EnGenius Zone Controller cannot find them.
Updated over a week ago

Issue:

I have three EAP350v2 Access Points with firmware version 1.6.34. The EnGenius Zone Controller is installed on a computer with Windows 7 Pro Operating System. Both the Access Points and the computer were connected to a Zyxel Router. Computer can ping the IP addresses of the Access Points. However they would not show on the EnGenius Zone Controller Software.

Solution:

Change the default SNMP Settings (Read-Only Community, Read-Write Community) from private/public to unique values on the EZ Controller Software and Access Point then re-launch the EZC application.

To set the SNMP settings on the EZC:

1. Go to Settings on the EZC.

2. Click on the “Scan” tab and input the new SNMP settings.
