It is not possible to pass VLAN traffic through the WDS bridge between (2) EAP600 and have the second EAP600 pass the tagged VLAN through one of its SSIDs on the band configured as an access point.

It is better to use directional antennas such as the <a href="https://www.engeniustech.com/engenius-products/outdoor-wireless-bridge-enstationac/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">EnstationAC</a> or the <a href="https://www.engeniustech.com/engenius-products/wi-fi-5-wave-2-outdoor-point-to-point-wireless-ac867-5-ghz-ethernet-bridge/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">ENH500</a> for point to point WDS Bridge link that requires VLAN Passthrough.

Can you set (2) EAP600 with 5GHz as backhaul for VLAN passthrough?
