Yes. Log in to the user interface of the EAP1750H.

Click Wireless and scroll down to Guest Network Settings

Uncheck/check the box that corresponds to the Guest network that you would like to disable or enable. Configure the DHCP server settings then click Save

Click Changes option and Apply to permanently save the settings
