The EAP1200H does not give the option of changing the Country/Region setting as it is greyed out. The EAP1200H is on the firmware version 2.0.197.

Access the EAP1200H GUI.

Go to Wireless and uncheck the "Green" option boxes next to the Operation Mode settings of both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz settings.

The Country/Region will no longer be greyed out and can be changed.
