Note: This method is use if you are having issues updating the firmware of your EMR3000 using enMESH APP. Download the firmware here and save to a PC/Laptop
Step1: Connect the EMR3000 directly to a PC/Laptop
Step 2: Login to the EMR3000 GUI
Use your EnMESH APP credentials (uername and password) to login
Step 3: Click Tool Box and select Firmware Upgrade
Step 4: Click Choose File to locate the saved firmware from the PC/Laptop and click Open
Step 5: Click Flash Image to upload the firmware
